Read Terms and Conditions carefully before selecting DMC Uttarakhand services. We have three categories i.e. accoummodation, transportation, and Helicopter booking.
01. All the conversations through email are important & also the part of your contract while you do booking with us. Checkall emails carefully and understand the matter and prices.
02. Due to high altitude there are no deluxe facilities in Kedarnathji. They only provide basic facilities with bed system.
03. As per the rules &norms by the Government of India all Indian/Foreign Citizens are required to give proper proof of identification before check-in. valid documents required are: Passport & Visa together, Voters Id card, Current Driver License, Aadhar Card. All documents must contain a photograph.
04. If valid id proof is not provided, any Hotel / camps or any kind of accommodation can reject your stay. Company will not be responsible for any ID proof related issues.
05. Usually hotel check in time is 14:00 hrs and checkout time is 11:00 hrs across India. If you want to doan early check in or late checkout it will be chargeable if it is not included in cost. If you want complimentary early check in or late check out then contact directly in to the hotel.
06. In case of Meals included in package it will be givenon set menu basis in a buffet menu / fixed / meal credit. Any items which are not included in ideal Buffet / Fixed menu will be charged extra at the time of consumption. Menu and options of items for menu are decided by hotels. Some hotels provide Meal credit policy instead of Buffet or Fixed Menu during low occupancy in hotel – Meal credit amount is decided by hotel management – if bills go above the given meal credit amount then you have to pay extra amount which should be paid directly at respective hotel. Room service for the food or packing is charged extra at many hotels. Usually atChardham you will be served north Indian food only and most of the standard and deluxe hotels give thali if meals are included in package.
07. Breakfast Timing: 07:00 Am to 09:00 AM And Dinner Timing: 07:00 PM to 10:00 PM (About the timing you can contact hotel management before.)
08. Generally for extra bed on double sharing rooms many hotels has rollaway bed while rest of the hotels provide extra mattress only. If you are not comfortable with mattress system informus in advance.
09. Many hotels in hilly areas &Chardham don’t have Ac facility, so if you want ac only kindly confirm with the company regarding the same. In most of the hotels in Chardham lift facility & power back up is not available. Wi-fi facility and room heater is mostly chargeable in hotels in Chardham, don’t expect good wi-fi in Chardham hotels due to network issues.
10. Don’t expect similar service and room quality like you get in Haridwar Rishikesh in the same price range as many hotels in chardham are not running for a full year, specially at the time of may&June and other busy days the budget/standard hotels in Chardham can cost more than deluxe hotel in Haridwar Rishikesh or Delhi&if you want to stay in good hotels with good reviews& Servicesthen you are required to bookthem at least 3 months before may &June and 1-2 month before the Oct Nov season, as good reviews hotels are mainly booked in advance by groups. In Kedarnath there are only basic dharamshala / budget hotel type basic facility only, even if you have luxury package, in Kedarnath don’t expect even deluxe rooms.
01. In all hill areas or stopped / parked vehicle Ac will not work. Hill areas begins from Dehradun onwards as well from Rishikesh onwards and ac will not work beyond those points.

02. Vehicle are only permitted to use for sightseeing points which areincluded in itinerary or on the route and inside the city limits, In Case of any additional sightseeing, off route sightseeing, sightseeing not inside the city limits or substitute sightseeing kindly contact to the company. Refund may not be possible if any particular sightseeing point cannotbe covered. In case you want to add some excursions kindly inform company in advance or discuss these things with companyrather discussing with driver. Generally nearby sightseeing points are covered together,however in case of issues sometimes with some particular place we can adjust. In the way toChardham some places are not in the route like Trijuginarayan, Lakhamandal, Auli, Kalimath, Neelkanth Mahadev, AdiBadri, BhavishyaBadrietc then Kindly contact directly to company rather than driver in case you want to include these places.

03. In case of Vehicle breakdown due to technical reasons, we will try our best to arrange another vehicle as early as possible for the major problems&for minor problems which doesn’t take much time vehicle will be repaired. Kindly co-operate.
04. Company is not responsible for any type of delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due toaccident, breakdown of transport,natural hazards, flight cancellations, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest or any such incidents.
05. kindly contact company on the spot, In case the driver is not co-operative.
06. Car will notgo on No-entry zones and driver should not be forced to drive on narrow roads which can create traffic jam. Usually normally working hours for driver is 12 hrs in case you want services for more than 12 hours in a day kindly inform to company in advance.
07. In some of the hilly areas driving after sunset is prohibited and music is not allowed due to risk of life. Kindly co-operate for the same.
08. Pick up and drop point will be same (If multiple pickups and drop please mentions email conversation before booking)
09. If you want to visit some particular place multiple times, kindly tell us in advance because some places have very high charges of parking.
10. Tour destination or route cannot be change without prior notice (Amended route and tour Destination rates may be change)
11. The rates given may fluctuate, depends on the change in price of diesel/Petrolin India. If the priceincreases more than 5 % afteryour booking, we will increase the rate even if the rates are confirmed earlier.
12. Company reserves the right to provide you a similar car if the car booked is unavailable.
13. In many of the tourist destination / shopping market /hill station - some of the road / mall road have "NO ENTRY" for all / some bigger tourist vehicles depends on destination along with theirrules &time restrictions also. In this type of situation guest have to hire/ manage another available mode of transport with an additional cost and on direct payment basis, this cost will not be included in ideal package inclusion.
14. Sometimesthe parking area for vehicles is little far from the sightseeing spots. Guests are required to reach the parking at their own cost.
15. No refund will be there for short stay or unveiled facilities.
16. No cancellation &no refund will be given if situation is not in our control, such asclimatic conditions or any other natural disaster,acts of terrorism or other similar causes, fire, any embargo, bad weather, landslide, acts or decisions of government, political or national crisis, road blocks, heavy snow fall,, strikes or problems at airlines, rails, buses, hotels or transporters, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations due to which the customer could not reach the destination and which is not in our hand to control.
17. Company is not responsible for any type of accident/injury/death/theft of person or property during the course of the tour.
18. All rights are reserved to management to cancel any service without any refund until full advance amount towards the service is received from the customer and accepted by a Company.
19. Company here by disclaims any implied warranties charged by the laws of any jurisdictions or country other than India. Company consider itself and intends to give the jurisdictions only to the court of Haridwar, Uttarakhand India.
01. Valid identification &biometric registration is required.
02. There are 3 different helipad locations (Phata, Sirsi and Agatsya Muni) and tickets will be booked as per the availability. If your hotel is far from helipad then you need to start early to reach helipad on time. If you prefer particular helipad only, kindly contact to the Company before making payment.
03. If helicopters are not flying due to any reason like bad weather condition or other reasons, we will not be responsible for it. You may get your money for helicopter ticket cost refund but date change will be difficult for us. In case of cancelation of flight tickets for the day due to any kind of reason, the current day passenger will be given priority over previous day passenger. Previous passengers can be accommodated as per the availability of seats; else full fare will be refunded. Norefund for meals / accommodation / transport will be given only helicopter ticket cost will be refunded.
04. Aerial photography from helicopter is restricted.
05. Reporting time for Helicopter is as per the aviation company information on ticket and we will not be able to change it and if you can’t reach on reporting time no refund is possible. All passengers must report at the helipad on the given reporting time, the boarding may take place any time after that depending on traffic and flight schedule. Boarding time can take 2 hrs also after reporting but guest must reach on time according to the reporting time.
06. Passengers having same day return will get only 2 hrs for darshan at Kedarnath Ji Dham.
07. VIP Darshan passes (VIP tickets) for Kedarnath temple for same day passenger will be charged as per rates decided by Badri-Kedar Temple Committee (BKTC). It may vary from 1100 to RS 2500 (approx..) Per Person. That amount you need to pay as per the crowd & committee instruction at the helipad.
08. Passengers seating will depend on the helicopter load carriage and guests may be divided in separate flights.
09. Two-way passengers will have priority over one-way passengers.
10. Night halt passengers will be booked for 14:00 hrs onwards flights only. Reporting time at Kedarnath helipad, next day for return flights, will be 06:00 hrs. Night halt passengers are allowed to stay at Kedarnath after the declaration made by Govt. of Uttarakhand
11. Passengershaving weight of more than 80 kg will have to pay additional Rs 150/kg for additional weight. Weight of passengers will be calculated individually and will not be off-set with another passenger.
12. Passengers can only carry one piece of baggage weighing not more than 2 kilograms, any additional piece of baggage will not be allowed.
13. Children having age of more than 2 years will be provided with a seat and full fare will be charged. Infants less than two years are free and no seat will be provided to the infants.
14. Aviation company liability in case of any injury death or damage or lost of property etc will depend upon civil aviation rules and regulations (Carriage by air act as per the latest rules). All disputes regarding this should be between particular aviation services Provider Company and guest directly and DMC Uttarakhand. will not be liable.
