Kunari Pass Trek is a famous trek which people come from all over the world to do. This trek is situated in the Himalayas of Garhwal region of Uttarakhand. The height of this track is approximately 12,200 feet. The Kuari Pass trek starts from Auli which is situated at an altitude of 8,800 feet. This trek remains covered with snow during the winter season. It will take you 7 days to do this trekking tour from Rishikesh.

Day 1:  Haridwar-Rishikesh-Dehradun to Auli (250 km / 7-8 hrs Drive):

Day 2:  Auli to Gulling Top via Dhak Village (05 km trek / 4 hour trek):

Day 3:  Gulling Top to Campsite (6 km / 5 hour trek):

Day 4:  Campsite to Kuari Pass and Return. (04 km one way / 5-5 hours trek total):

Day 5:  Campsite to Pangarchulla Peak and Return. (06 km one way / 8 hours trek total):

Tour Plan

The journey will start from Haridwar, Rishikesh, or Dehradun at the convenience of the traveler. These places can be easily reached by railway, airport, or road. If you have time, you can come 2 days before and visit Rishikesh and Haridwar. Your journey will start at 7 am with our staff which will pass through the confluence of four Prayagraj and rivers. Then we will reach Auli at night, check in at the hotel have dinner at the hotel and spend the night there.

In the morning, after breakfast, you will check out and drive to Dhak Village and then start your trekking from there. Today our trekking will pass through Dhak Village, Tugasi Village, and Gulling Village. Walnut and Rhododendron trees can be seen in this area. After reaching Gulling Top, we will stay in the tent and spend the night there.

Will start trekking in the morning after breakfast. Today most of the trekking will involve a climbing route that goes through dense forests. After reaching the campsite, have dinner and spend the night in tents.

After breakfast in the morning, we will start trekking towards Kuari Pass. The height of Kuari Pass is 12500 feet. Initially, you will find this trek difficult but later its difficulty will reduce. Carry water with you while trekking because you will not get water on the way during the entire trek. Later you will return to the campsite and spend the night in tents.

Today morning after breakfast, you will trek to Pangarchulla Peak. Your normal route will continue till Khullara, after that the route will towards Pangarchulla. Here snow remains normal throughout the year. After reaching the top you will be able to see 360 view. Nanda Devi, Chaukhambha, Kedar, Trishul, Comet, and Durngiri Peak are here which you can see. After this, we will return to the campsite and spend the night in the tent.
